Four steps. Every project.
The same process on every project, regardless of size or complexity.
Brief & Discovery
We start with a structured brief that covers the audience, the goal, the context, and any copy that already exists. No blank-slate assumptions. We read what you send and ask only the questions that matter.
Strategy & Outline
Before writing starts, we produce a structure outline. You see the headline direction, the page architecture, and the argument flow before a word is written. This is where most problems are caught before they become expensive.
Writing & Drafts
The first draft arrives with a short note explaining the decisions behind the major choices: why this headline, why this structure, why this tone. You have the context to give specific feedback rather than just a reaction.
Review & Delivery
We work through your feedback, deliver the final version in the format you need, and include a brief handover note with guidance on how to extend or adapt the copy in the future. The work does not stop at the file.
