Questions
What people ask.
If you don't find your answer here, send us a message.
01
What types of businesses do you work with?
Mostly B2B SaaS, agencies, and direct-to-consumer brands. We also work with founders who are building in public and need consistent written output but do not have time to produce it themselves. We work in English and French, which means we are useful to French companies targeting international audiences and international companies entering the French market.
02
How long does a typical project take?
Solo projects typically deliver within 3 business days of a confirmed brief. Ensemble projects run 7 business days. Opus engagements are structured over 3 weeks. Rush delivery is available for Solo and most Ensemble projects via the 24h add-on. Timelines depend on brief quality; a clear brief almost always delivers faster than a vague one.
03
Do you write in French?
Yes, natively. French copy and English copy are written separately and not translated from each other. A bilingual project gets two distinct pieces of copy, each written for its own language audience, not a translation of the other. Copy that works in English does not simply translate into French; the rhythm, the reference points, and the conventions are different.
04
What is your revision policy?
Solo includes one revision round. Ensemble includes two. Opus includes unlimited revisions within the project scope. Revisions are different from scope changes: a revision addresses something that was in the original brief but missed or misunderstood; a scope change adds something that was not in the brief, which is quoted separately.
05
When do I pay?
Payment is made in full upfront via Stripe before work begins. All major cards accepted. After payment, you receive a confirmation and a brief confirmation call or questionnaire within one business day. Work begins after the brief is confirmed, not immediately after payment.
06
What if the copy does not work?
If we cannot deliver within the agreed scope and timeline, we provide a full refund. If the deliverable has genuine structural errors not specified in the brief, we fix them within the revision rounds included. Copywriting results depend on many factors beyond the words themselves: design, traffic quality, audience fit. We do not guarantee specific conversion outcomes, but we do guarantee the work is what was agreed.
